The last residency of “Dancing Together Again!” project starts now in Naples and will end on 18 March.
The project is realised within the “Creative Europe” programme and promoted by the National Institute of Music and Dance Warsaw/Poland, project leader, together with the co-organisers of the Arts Research Institute of Tbilisi/Georgia, TRAFIK Dance/Theatre Company of Rijeka/Croatia and Movimento Danza of Naples/Italy.
Twelve participants in the residency will work together to develop choreographic and research creations interacting with the Italian dance community, also through meetings, lectures and lessons. The organisers will rely on an ‘approach’ that provides time for relationship building among the participants, creative practice, immersion in the process and a deep understanding of dance.

4 to 15 March: Creative residency at Movimento Danza
9 March 4 – 5 pm: Lecture ‘Audience Development’ by Levan Khetaguri, Director of the Arts Research Institute of Georgia

10 March 12- 13 pm: Lecture on “International Cooperation” by Levan Khetaguri
15 March: Meeting of coordinators and participants

The final performances of the creative residencies will be held on 16 and 17 March, at 6 p.m., at Spazio Körper – Centro Nazionale di Produzione della Danza.
Tickets can be purchased on line (azzurroservice.net) and on site from 60 min before the start of the performance.
The Italian theme will be inclusivity in dance and the performing arts, with a focus on intergenerational and intercultural exchange. The curator of the residencies is Gabriella Stazio, choreographer and Artistic Director of Movimento Danza.
This is an opportunity for dance professionals – dancers, choreographers, researchers and curators – from Poland, Croatia, Georgia and Italy to get to know each other and share practices and processes of artistic creation. From Georgia will participate Irina Bagauri (researcher), Anna Nikolashvili (curator), Mikheil Zakaidze (artist) (artist); from Croatia Tena Bosnjakovic (curator), Irena Bockai (researcher), Sanela Jankovic (artist). Then from Poland will come Aleksandra Bożek-Muszyńska (artist), Wojciech Furman (artist), Michał Przybyła (artist). And finally, from Italy will be Valeria Geremia (artist), Sara Lupoli (artist), Isadora Tomasi (artist), and as a volunteer and selected from the previous Georgian residency, Iole La Sala (artist).

Parte da oggi e fino al 18 marzo l’ultima residenza di “Dancing Together Again! Creative residencies program”, progetto realizzato nell’ambito del programma “Europa Creativa” promosso dall’Istituto Nazionale di Musica e Danza Varsavia/Polonia, capofila del progetto, insieme ai co-organizzatori dell’Arts Research Institute of Tbilisi/Georgia, TRAFIK Dance/Theatre Company di Rijeka/Croazia e Movimento Danza di Napoli/Italia.
Dodici i partecipanti alla residenza che lavoreranno insieme per sviluppare creazioni coreografiche e di ricerca interagendo con la comunità della danza italiana, anche attraverso incontri, lecture e lezioni, laboratori. Gli organizzatori si affideranno a un “approccio” che fornisca tempo per la costruzione di relazioni tra i partecipanti, la pratica creativa, l’immersione nel processo e una profonda comprensione della danza.

Le performance finali delle residenze creative si terranno il 16 e il 17 marzo, alle ore 18.00, allo Spazio Körper – Centro Nazionale di Produzione della Danza.
I biglietti saranno acquistabili online sul sito azzurroservice.net oppure in loco a partire da 60 min prima dell’inizio dello spettacolo.
Il tema italiano sarà l’inclusività nella danza e delle arti performative, con particolare attenzione allo scambio intergenerazionale e interculturale. Il curatore delle residenze è Gabriella Stazio, coreografa e Direttrice artistica di Movimento Danza.
Si tratta di un’occasione per i professionisti della danza – danzatori, coreografi, ricercatori e curatori – provenienti da Polonia, Croazia, Georgia e Italia di conoscersi e condividere pratiche e processi della creazione artistica. Dalla Georgia parteciperanno Irina Bagauri (ricercatrice), Anna Nikolashvili (curatrice), Mikheil Zakaidze (artist); dalla Croazia Tena Bosnjakovic (curatore), Irena Bockai (ricercatrice), Sanela Jankovic (artista).
