Ho recentemente assistito allo spettacolo.
The 16th, 17th and 18th of June, at the Radialsistem V, Kreatur by Sasha Waltz is still on.
A work realised with the collaboration of the Dutch designer Iris van Herpen, of the light designer Urs Schönebaum, and musicians Soundwalk Collective.
Last weekend I attended the show.
A show that offers beautiful pictures and lots of reflection.
It begins with the entrance of the dancers dressed in a steel threads made of interwoven cables that compress and limit their movements.
On the side of the stage a narrow white staircase leads to a narrow space, delimited by a wall. All the dancers get caught in a precarious balance, some climb the wall, others hit the ground.
A woman, covered with spiked aculei, whacks and wounds the other performers. A long wooden beam strikes, separates and moves people away, in a succession of games of power and submission.
A sophisticated show with a significant structur and a stylish and elegant aesthetics.
