Chhaya Collective are seeking female dancers for the development of KHAOS, a contemporary dance and music production, inspired by the Women’s March 2017 and the current surge in the women’s rights movement. KHAOS delves into the authentic, raw and primitive feminine, exploring the inner and outer ‘wild woman’.

Chhaya are seeking applications from versatile, bold, creative and fearless female dance artists, who hold strong contemporary technique, floor work and partnering skills and are open to the use of voice and physical theatre. Dance artists should be open to engaging in cross cultural exchange, international travel, working as part of a team, adaptable and hold an interest in working with the company long term.
Project Dates:
4th – 8th June 2018 (R&D Week 1)
11th – 15th June 2018 (R&D Week 2)
Autumn Tour 2018 (tbc)
Rate of Pay: ITC/ Equity minimum + travel / R&D Accommodation provided
Dancers must be UK based and audition is by invitation only.
