Description of opportunity:
Study the styles and techniques of the world’s most prominent choreographers in a professional atmosphere with dancers from more than 40 countries. Workshops of Akram Khan Dance Co., Anton Lachky, Eastman / Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Alleyne Dance, Hofesh Shechter Co., Michael Schumacher, Kylian Repertory, Jos Baker, Kidd Pivot, Gaga/Naharin repertoire, William Forsythe methods and repertory, Peeping Tom and more! Join a wide range of daily technique classes. Dancers can choose their own schedule of any length.
Attend cutting edge performances of the Julidans Festival, and have the opportunities to show your own work.
All classes and workshops take place in the Chassé Dance Studios in the stunningly refurbished Chassé Church, which contains 9 studios, a hotel and café.

Registration
The open classes are open to dancers of advanced/ professional level and no pre-registration is necessary. 5 or 10 class cards and Heavy Users Passes (30 days unlimited open classes) can be paid for online at the registration desk in the studio. Single classes must be paid for at the registration desk. For workshops you need to pre-register on the site and then send a CV. A selection is made on the basis of the CVs (usually we choose a mix of professionals and students) and then payment must be made. Workshops are of different lengths in terms of number of days and amount of hours. Some workshops are scheduled so that you can take two a day, but usually a class or two plus one workshop is already quite a full program.Classes and workshops are open only to advanced/professional level dancers. A selection will be made base on CV/dance film. Apply for each workshop separately on the site . if you register for more than one workshop you need to upload your headshot, videolink and BIO only once!
Costs for participants:
Single classes are 10 euros, a ten class pass is 80 euros. You can purchase them at the studio. A 30 days unlimited open classes pass is also available for 195,- euros which you can also purchase in advance. Workshops during the Summer Intensive cost between 35 and 40 euros a day.
