ImPulsTanz proudly continues the dance artists development & residency package!
ATLAS – mapping future talents 2015 allows young makers to induldge themselves into a full month of dance and performance, by researching, rehearsing, and creating themselves, attending workshops, receiving professional coaching & facilitation, and watching some of the most challenging performances by the international dance and performance scene.
During their stay the artists are invited to create their own solo or group work at a dance studio exclusively for ATLAS, make use of a personal choreography coaching and present their own work at the end of the festival. And much more!
Facts:
Period at ImPulsTanz 2015: 16 July – 18 August, 2015
Fee per participant: EUR 3.250.-
ATLAS includes:
• 8 ImPulsTanz workshops
• 1 ImPulsTanz Field Project (or 2 more workshops)
• 18 tickets for ImPulsTanz performances
• personal choreography coaching for developing your own solo/group work, if desired
• dance studio exclusively for ATLAS participants
• weekly exchange, feedback and showings with ATLAS participants (according to desire of the group)
• presentation of your final work at an informal presentation at the end of ImPulsTanz Festival 2015
• accommodation in Vienna
• your own ImPulsTanz bicycle for the entire stay
• discount for food & beverages at the Arsenal café (ImPulsTanz workshop centre)
• free admission to the ImPulsTanz opening and closing party at Kasino am Schwarzenbergplatz
• for additional workshops, you will receive half price
• for additional performance tickets, you will receive disounted price
Fee does not include:
• visa
• health insurance
• travel to and from Vienna
• per diem
How we can assist you:
Upon application we support you with an official invitation letter from ImPulsTanz, to help with funding applications/ grants/ financial support.
At the end of the programme you will receice an ATLAS certificate of successful participation.
