The State Opera Ruse Ballet are looking for professional MALE ballet dancers.
Where: Ballet studio of The State Opera Ruse, Bulgaria
When: 02 (Sunday) June 2019
Deadline for applications: 26th May 2019 until 17:00
The aim of this audition is to recruit ballet dancers for the next season 2019 – 2020.
All candidates must be at place one hour before the beginning of the audition.
Only candidates who are born between 1st January 1989 and 31st December 1999 will be admitted to the audition.
The assessment of the candidates will be based on their level of performance of classical exercise.
Candidates may be asked to present one (1) variation of the classical repertoire and one (1) contemporary solo of their choice at the discretion of the Commission.
Candidates must bring with themselves the music of their solo performance on CD or USB Flash drive.
The approved candidates will be offered a fixed-term contract for (1) one year with an option to extend the term.
The classical repertoire of The State Opera Ruse Ballet includes: Swan Lake, The Sleeping Beauty, Giselle, Don Quixote, The Nutcracker.

• CV;
• 3 pictures: a portrait, a frontal full body with visible contours and an arabesque picture;
• Show reel/video-links of two variations: a variation that represents a classical ballet technique and a variation (perhaps with a partner) that represents a contemporary technique.
The audition will be held on 2 June 2019 from 14:00 in the ballet studio of The State Opera Ruse Ballet on the following address: 32 Mutkurova Street, 3rd floor.
