Sadler’s Wells (UK) Male and Female.

Sadler’s Wells will be auditioning professional female and male contemporary dancers with a collaborative and creative approach to the rehearsal process, for a new evening of work directed by Hussein Chalayan, in collaboration with choreographer Damien Jalet. The period of employment will include rehearsals and performances in London, and international touring.
The dates are 31 August – 1 November 2015 + one week tbc between 23rd November and 25th December 2015. Further occasional touring will take place in 2016.
Applicants are required to send CV, headshot and online film links/uploaded videos to previous work by email, and to explicitly confirm their availability for the period above. The minimum height required is 1m76, and the applicants need to be UK based, ideally in London. Audition will be by invitation only subject to the requirements above. Please note videos should be free from special effects, for example slow motion. Please send submissions to georgia.kersh@sadlerswells.com. Deadline for applicants is noon on Wednesday 8th April.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to take part in a workshop in London on 23rd April 2015.
