LCP Dance Theatre – award winning dance company, manifests against violated human rights such as human trafficking through the dance. With a new production “I AM” is coming back to Edinburgh Fringe 2015 (23rd-31st August 2015).

I AM’ explores the sensual and spiritual journey of recovery of a trafficked victim. It is a sequel to their highly acclaimed Edinburgh Fringe show “AM I” nominated for the Amnesty International award.

We are looking for contemporary/caribbean/afro/classical/ free style dancers/gymnasts/circus trained/martial artists. As our work involves the human rights aspects we are very much welcoming diverse ethnicities of female and male dancers.

AUDITIONS: Wednesday 15th April 3-6PM or Friday 17th April 2015 3-6PM

LOCATION: LeSoCo, studio 1 (basement), Lewisham Way, London SE4 1UT

TRIP TO EDINBURGH INCLUDING 9 PERFORMANCES 21st August-1st September 2015 (performances 23rd-31st August 2015)

Dates of rehearsals in London (LeSoCo, studio3)
from 6th May until 21st August: every Wednesdays 12-6pm and every Friday 12-6pm.

LCP is a charity company which supports human rights, based in London with residency at LeSoCo. If you are interested in bringing awareness of human trafficking please get involved. Awarded by BBC PAF, successfully performed at various Fringe Festivals, Resolution!, other human rights related festivals and venues, collaborated with Tavaziva and author of Sunday Times Bestseller ‘Trafficked” Sophie Hayes (support of trafficked victims).

This is a charity project supported by volunteers. In exchange for your work we are happy to provide you with free yoga/dance classes, dance training, performances and include you in our publicity in exchange for your commitment.
